  • What if it is not for me?
    If during therapy you find you cannot get along with your therapist it is first worth considering the reasons that you feel that way. It may have something to do with how you relate to others, including others of the therapist's gender, looks, etc. If that is so it can be helpful to talk that through. There are many different therapeutic models and styles, not all of which suit everybody. We are all unique and find ourselves different in different situations especially under stress, If you feel that the therapeutic model your therapist is using is not appropriate please discuss this. I will happily help you find another professional if this is required.
